Site & planning
A Development Permit for a Material Change of Use was granted in 2018. In 2024 the City of Gold Coast extended it by four years, so the approval is current to 17 May 2028.
The building
A slender tower above an active podium. The design development gives 13,071 m² of GFA, resort amenity on levels 4 and 5, and residences from level 22 with views over the ocean and the hinterland.
